SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

  • All orders will be shipped withing 1-2 business day.

  • Order made on Saturday and sunday will be shipped only on Monday or Tuesday​

  • We do not ship on the weekend

  • We do not ship on public holidays, orders made on a public holiday will be proccess the next business day.

  • Shipping costs within USA are FREE for orders over $40

  • Shipping costs within USA for orders under $40 are $4.99 per order.

  • Orders within USA will be shipped by USPS Priority and will arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • International Order (Outside the USA) cost $35 

  • International Order (Outside the USA) are shiped by USPS First-Class Package International, and delivery estimate time is 5-21 days,  although the USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times. Mail may travel to its destination by ground, air or a combination of both.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Purchases from trade shows, mall kiosks, or retail stores Pro-Tech Massagers retailers are individually owned and operated.

  • If you purchased a device from a trade show, mall kiosk, or retail store you will need to contact that retailer to check their return/refund policy. Your retailer’s contact info can be found on your receipt.

 

  •  We only accept returns from purchases made directly from www.pro-techmassagers.com

  • You can return new, unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund, only an exchange.

  • Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

  • we do not charge restocking fees, but we will reduce the shipping cost from the total refund amount.
